Luxury Villa Collections manages an exclusive portfolio of thirty luxury properties in Cabo San Lucas. The properties that we represent are located in some of Los Cabos must luxurious private communities and resorts such as, Punta Ballena, Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza, Cabo del Sol, Puerta del Sol, Misiones, Pedregal, Capella Resort, Hacienda Cabo San Lucas and Querencia . The staff of 20 has a combined experience of 50 years taking care of fine properties. The experienced professionals at Luxury Villa Collections are available around the clock to address any questions or concerns you may have. The office has a toll free number and each member of the team is provided with a smart phone to stay in contact with their homeowners. Our capable maintenance staff is supervised by Sion Ramirez. His team handles minor repairs quickly and supervises larger jobs. While the maintenance staff is in the field, Patrick Holdbrook is in the office communicating with the valued property owners and taking care of reporting and project management. When you visit Cabo you will be taken care of by a team of concierge and a 10 person housekeeping staff. They can pick you up from the airport, stock your pantry, wash your car or take care of anything else you desire. Luxury Villa Collections offers an array of services all of which are personalized to suit the needs of their clients.
	President - Luxury Villa Collections Melissa Verdugo E-mail: melissa@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Oversees the daily operations of Luxury Villa Collections. Since 2002, Melissa Verdugo has strived to raise the bar in guest services for her Los Cabos vacation rental property management clients. When Melissa returned to Cabo San Lucas to live full-time, she saw the ideal business opportunity to fill the growing need of a trusted property manager as a result of the boom in foreign property owners in Los Cabos. After five years of proven success, Melissa joined a new enterprise, Luxury Villa Collections, continuing her deep commitment to her clients.
	Maintenance Manager Ezequiel (Sion) Ramirez E-mail: sion@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Oversees the daily maintenance issues of all Luxury Villa Collections vacation homes, performs electrical repairs and supervises maintenance staff and outside contractors. He has been apart of Luxury Villa Collections for nine years now. In his spare time, Sion is a volunteer fire fighter for the city of Cabo San Lucas.
	Guest Services Manager Marco Hernandez E-mail: marco@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Marco is our Guest Services Manager and provides concierge services to his guests while in residence and manages the overall operations of the homes under his care that are in Cabo del Sol and Puerta del Sol. His favorite after work activity are Snorkel and Sunset Cruises, which Cabo is so famous for. Prior to joining LVC, Marco was the Bell Captain at the Westin Regina for ten years.
	Sales & Marketing - Destination Specialist Patrick Holdbrook E-mail: info@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Patrick has been working in the tourism industry for the past fourteen years, starting in Canada. He manages inquiries for all of Luxury Villa Collections vacation rentals and also plans all vacations for our rental guests and residence club members. On top of that he also does Sales & Marketing for Luxury Villa Collections. On his days off you will find him at one of the many beautiful Beaches of Los Cabos.
	Housekeeping Supervisor Leticia Serapio Oversees the daily housekeeping issues of all Luxury Villa Collections vacation homes, performs daily, weekly and monthly cleaning for guests and owners alike. In her spare time, Lety enjoys spending the day in one of Los Cabos many spas.
	Accounting Assistant Raquel Castro E-mail: raquel@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Raquel joins the Luxury Villa Collections team as our Accounting Assistant. Prior to becoming a part of our staff, she honed her skills in Santander Bank as their Director of Customer Service for four years. In her free time you can find Raquel soaring over the desert at one of Cabos famous Canopy/ Zipline Tours.
	Guest Services Manager Victor Camacho E-mail: victor@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Victor joins the Luxury Villa Collections team as our other Guest Services Manager and provides concierge services to his guests while in residence and manages the overall operations of the homes under his care that are in Punta Ballena and Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza. His favorite after work activity is surfing, which Cabo is so famous for. Prior to joining LVC, Victor was a villa host and concierge at the Auberge Esperanza Resort and Spa for 3 years.
	Maintenance Supervisor Gustavo De Dios E-mail: gustavo@LuxuryVillaCollections.com Oversees the daily maintenance issues of all Luxury Villa Collections vacation homes, performs electrical repairs and supervises maintenance staff and outside contractors. He comes to us from Punta Ballena, where he was the Maintenance Supervisor for the community for the past 3 years.. In his spare time, Gustavo spends his time hitting the road to one of the many Near by Towns on his motorcycle.
